Registering .CN domain with HK BR on ReadySpace, 4 Apr 2011
.CN new registration is now applicable for commercial entity registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Commercial entity is defined as an organization which registered with in HKSAR which possess a Business Registration Certificate (BR) issued by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of HKSARG. The organization must not be registered as a branch.
If the .CN registration is submitted under Hong Kong commercial entity as the registrant, below documents are require:
i) Business Registration Certificate (BR);
ii) Registrant contact's personal ID (both sides, pdf or jpeg format), must be a citizen either in Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, or Hong Kong.

ReadySpace China Domain Application, 19 April 2010
- Only oversea multi-national entities that have a China branch able to register .CN or .CN Registry managed CDN name through ReadySpace.
- The person submitting the application on behalf of the Registrant must be a Chinese citizen and has a valid PRC personal ID.
- An .cn application submission is not consider as registered, domain will be under “in-auditing” status. Supporting document is required for Registry's auditing, supporting document required to be email to support@readyspace.com.hk within 2 days from the application submission date.
- For every new 3LD & 2LD .cn domain registration, applicant required to scan and email us at support@readyspace.com.hk the below documents for verification:
i) A duly filled Application Form with authorized signature and official company stamp. If the registrant company does not have a company stamp, the authorized signatory will be accepted
ii) Registrant Company Business License/企业营业执照(pdf format), the license should be within the period of validity.
iii) Registrant Company Certificate of Organization Code/组织机构代码证(pdf format).
iv) Registrant contact personal ID (both sides, pdf or jpeg format), acceptable personal ID may include copies of a driver's license, passport, resident card/ID.
· In the event that required documents and forms are not submitted on time, incorrectly completed, have unclear or hand-altered data, have incorrect or insufficient supporting documentation or do not pass .cn registry's auditing, the domain names applied for will be automatically deleted and refund is provide.
