Please read and agreed with our service agreements before submitting any application for processing.

All our shared hosting plans come with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. You may cancel your account for any reason within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund minus any setup and credit card transaction fees (i.e. 3.9%). Our refund policy does not apply to domain name registration and any monthly payment service. No refunds will be available after 30 days.

All cancellation requests must be sent via email or fax by the account holder. ReadySpace will send you a confirmation once we receive your cancellation request. Cancellations made over the phone or chat system are not accepted.

Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money-back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
