ReadySpace hosting automation system, is the most critical part of our business. It enables us to run our business efficiently and meet our service level agreements with you.

By combining all the information about our customers, data centers and network into one centralized database, we are able to make rapid changes to our customers' hosting environments as well as our network and key infrastructure system. Changes that would take other managed hosting providers months to make take us only a matter of hours — even if the changes span multiple data centers.

The centralization of information and control give us incredible flexibility when serving our customers. The automation help us deploy complex hosting environments quickly. Once a hosting environment is in production, we are able to monitor, identify problems, test potential solutions and roll back changes, all from within one application. This translates into faster service delivery for our customers and at the same time dramatically reduces the chance for any human error.

Equipment implemented

SMS Alert Server - Critical states maybe monitored by not reacted. Alerts sent to ReadySpace Certified Engineers when there is a fault detected. Our highly trained Engineers who is able to react to various scenerios will get faults identified and solved as soon as an alert is released.

Network Traffic Manager - Not just uptime, but also Quality of Service. Many providers failed to identify that Quality of Service is as important as uptime. Hence, as  professionals and expert, we want to deliver more than expected.

Monitoring System - High service levels can only be achieved with the best monitoring system available. Every server are installed with an Intelligent Performance Management Interface for detail checks on server hardware. Other services are monitored in detail to identify even very difficult issues.
